Junk food doesn’t have to be made out of junk. Renowned chef Lior Lev Sercarz teaches Jordan Carlos a healthy alternative for French fries. Start by cutting fresh potatoes into thick wedges. Toss with extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, and secret ingredient kiba spice, which gives the potatoes a crispy crust. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet, put in the oven for 35 minutes at 350 degrees, and you’re ready to serve.
