Thankfully, we spoke with some of our favorite top chefs, from Richard Blais to José Andrés, for a refresher course – and a few new words to add to our list. We’re not going to lie: some are hard to pronounce, so you can practice watching the video. Just whatever you do, don’t say the word moist . . .
