Inspired by The Bazaar by José Andrés at the SLS Hotel Frozen Caipirinha Ingredients5 ounces lime juice, freshly squeezed 10 teaspoons superfine sugar 20 ounces cachaca Zest of 2 limes Directions Pour lime juice into ice cube trays, and freeze overnight. Into a blender, add frozen ice cubes, sugar, and cachaca. Blend until slushy. Pour into glasses, garnish with a little bit of lime zest, and serve with a spoon. Add rum and ice, and shake vigorously. Add club soda to the shaker. Place cotton candy in a martini glass.
