Still want your Burger but watching your health? You can still have your burger with a couple of moderations!
1.Make your own patties. Pre-made burgers are usually made from fatty meat and contain all kinds of artificial additives, flavorings, preservatives, and salt. Just buy extra lean ground beef and mix it by hand with finely chopped onion.
2.Grilling is the best way to cook your burger so the excess fat drips off.
3.Substitute for Ground Turkey or Chicken when possible to eliminate fat.
4. Use wholewheat buns instead of white, the difference is next to none!
5. Add your veggies like sliced tomato and lettuce and maybe a homemade relish instead of ketchup that’s packed with corn syrup and other sugars.
